About PD Strategies

Westchester County New York is a great place to live and work. I love working with small and midsize businesses here in Westchester County. My business coaching and executive coaching helps these businesses and their leaders clarify their vision, plan their business, and engage their employees. Westchester is fortunate to have a pool of great business leaders and it is my pleasure to work side by side with these leaders to grow business and increase economic success.

I am a proud member of The Business Council of Westchester, the largest business membership organization in the county. I have been privileged to build strong relationships there with the most successful leaders in the Westchester business community. As a Business Council of Westchester Ambassador I help new business members forge strategic alliances with other businesses.  In 2011 I was awarded the Ambassador of the Year Award.

I am happy to be the facilitator and coordinator for the Business Council of Westchester Academy for Entrepreneurial Excellence. Every year we take a class of experienced entrepreneurs and help them develop and execute plans which will result in greater sales, more engaged employees, and strategic business plan for the future. This is held in conjunction with Westchester Community College’s Gateway to Entrepreneurship. It is always a pleasure to hear from alumni explaining how this program helped them take their business to the next level.

AcademyPeople development and human resources has always been my passion. My previous experience included top human resources positions at corporations here in Westchester. I am a recognized leader and mentor with the Westchester chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). In my current role I select monthly educational programs for HR professionals to increase their skills.
